Teddy Bear Hospital Singapore
Teddy Bear Hospital aims to give children early exposure to the medical environment
and provide a platform for medical students to interact with young children.
Our goals are
1. To deliver health education to children
2. To alleviate white coat anxiety amongst them
What we do
Each Teddy Bear Hospital session demonstrates a simulated environment of a patient’s visit to a local hospital. The students act as young doctors taking care of their stuffed toys.
There are 6 basic stations:
1. Head to Toe
2. Help Teddy Breathe
3. Meet Mr Bones
4. Painful Tummy
5. Healthy Plate
6. Save Teddy
Through this session, students will learn basic first aid and emergency skills, and also be better equipped to overcome their anxieties of medical settings.

The recommended age group for Teddy Bear Hospital sessions are kids between 4 to 8 years old.
